TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
Terms, Payment & Client Agreement
Business: Pampered Mind & Body (PMB)
Jurisdiction: Scotland, United Kingdom
These Terms apply to all services provided by Pampered Mind & Body (PMB), including yoga classes, memberships, workshops, coaching sessions, programmes, retreats, digital content and events. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
⸻
1. Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed.
Where a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all agreed instalments regardless of your level of participation. Missed payments may result in suspension of access until your account is brought up to date.
Your booking is confirmed once payment, or the first agreed instalment, has been received.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect bookings already confirmed.
⸻
2. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase a service online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, many of our services begin within this 14-day period or are provided on a specific date.
By booking a class, coaching session, programme, membership or other service that begins within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the end of the cancellation period. Once the service has been fully provided, your statutory right to cancel no longer applies.
Retreats and other leisure activities provided on specific dates are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Scottish or UK consumer law.
⸻
3. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Yoga Classes & 1:1 Sessions
If you’re unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
Wherever possible, we will offer an alternative date or transfer your booking to another suitable session.
Refund requests will only be considered where a transfer or credit is not reasonably possible.
For cancellations that are unrelated to illness or exceptional circumstances, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the session or class being forfeited.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
⸻
Memberships & Programmes
Once your membership or programme begins, or you have been given access to member content or programme materials, refunds are not normally available.
If you are paying by instalments, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments.
Requests to pause or transfer memberships or programmes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
⸻
Retreats & Events
Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the retreat.
If you need to withdraw due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While deposits remain non-refundable, we will always try to work with you where reasonably possible.
If your place can be filled, we may offer a transfer to a future retreat, account credit or a partial refund at our discretion.
If we cancel a retreat or event, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid directly to PMB. We cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other third-party costs.
⸻
4. Refund Policy
Our aim is always to be fair and reasonable.
Where a service has not yet been provided and you are entitled to cancel under consumer legislation, any refund due will be processed promptly.
If PMB cancels a class, session, programme or event and an alternative cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund.
Outside your statutory rights, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
⸻
5. Confidentiality
Everything shared during coaching sessions, classes, programmes and retreats is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Information will only be disclosed where required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding the safety of yourself or others.
We may occasionally refer to anonymised themes or learning points for educational purposes, but never in a way that identifies you.
⸻
6. Disclaimer
The services provided by PMB are intended to support wellbeing, education, personal growth and self-development.
They do not replace medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, health and wellbeing throughout our work together.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
⸻
7. Your Responsibility
By working with PMB, you agree to:
* provide accurate information relevant to your participation;
* take responsibility for your own decisions, wellbeing and actions;
* communicate openly if circumstances change;
* respect the agreed boundaries of any class, programme, retreat or coaching relationship.
The value you receive from our work together depends on your willingness to engage with the process.
⸻
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful under Scottish or UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMB will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our services.
⸻
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
